It was imported from Italy to Sweden in 2013 and had then driven 94000 km. The current owner has owned the car since September 2013 and at that time the car had driven approximately 100,000 km. Today it has driven 126,450 km and is still in very good condition.
The service book is available and several of the stamps from Italy are verified by Porsche Sweden. Service has been carried out in Sweden by Levin, Kungsör (recognized Porsche specialist). The engine running time reading matches the odometer according to the check at the 2014 service.
The original paint is in very good condition and is in the colour Seal Grey. There are some small stone chips on mainly the front bumper. No door impacts or dents. The bumpers may have been repainted. The painted parts of the wheels are slightly blasted by gravel and there is a small curbing the left rear wheel, see picture.
The Porsche has all the usual 996 turbo equipment, such as full leather, sunroof, Bose Sound System with navigation, cruise control, parking sensors, seat heating, and more. The Porsche was delivered from the factory with Sport Techno 18” wheels partially painted in the car's colour.
During the years that the current owner has had the car, it has been updated with parts to enhance the driving experience. The car was loaned to Öhlins Racing to develop a chassis kit, Öhlins "Road and Track" with adjustable shock absorbers, which are now installed.
It has also been equipped with, among other things, a Porsche 997 GT3 gear lever console which provides a more distinct feeling with its metal bushings and 15% shorter stroke. Porsche 964RS engine mounts (equivalent to those included in the X73/sport chassis option) are also installed. All fitted without modifications, which contributes to a more positive and distinct driving experience.
Since the car was imported from Italy and has only been driven in the summer in Sweden, it is clean and tidy even underneath and in the wheel wells.
The tyres are Michelin Pilot PS2 with a four-wheel alignment performed at 122600 km. The tread depth is just over 6mm.
Receipts and service records have been kept since the car arrived in Sweden and will be included with the car.

Fakten zum Modell
996 Turbo var den första modellen att använda en vattenkyld motor i stället för luftkylning, vilket var en kontroversiell förändring bland Porsche-entusiaster. Modellen var utrustad med en 3,6 liters sexcylindrig boxer-motor som genererade 420 hästkrafter och 560 Nm i vridmoment. Detta gjorde att bilen kunde accelerera från 0 till 100 km/h på bara 4,2 sekunder och nå en topphastighet på över 300 km/h.
996 Turbo var också den första modellen att ha en permanent fyrhjulsdrift, vilket förbättrade bilens köregenskaper och hantering.
Trots kontroversen runt vattenkylningsmotorn har Porsche 996 Turbo blivit en ikonisk sportbil som är mycket eftertraktad av samlare och entusiaster.

- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. - During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
